Back by popular demand! Learn how to make the perfect smoked brisket at home—all you need are need a few key ingredients, a great cut of beef and time…15 smoke-filled hours. You’ll learn everything you need to know to master this barbecue favourite.

The course will start on Friday evening, when you’ll learn how to prepare the meat for smoking. Light refreshments will be provided. Smoking will take place all day Saturday, supervised by our chefs, and you’ll return Saturday evening to finish everything off. Before sampling your masterpiece, you’ll make fresh biscuits on the grill.
