Back by popular demand! Learn how to make the perfect smoked brisket at home—all you need are need a few key ingredients, a great cut of beef and time…15 smoke-filled hours. You’ll learn everything you need to know to master this barbecue favourite.

On the first evening, you’ll learn how to prepare the meat for smoking. Light refreshments will be provided. Smoking will take place the following day, supervised by our chefs, and you’ll return the next evening to finish everything off and pick up your brisket.
