Throughout each region of this vast country, ingredients and cooking methods are as diverse as they are unique. We’ve selected a range of dishes from across the country that are fun and tasty, from the homestyle dinner table to the city streets. Learn to make fresh flour tortillas, a superb fish taco, an incredible chicken dish and a tender skirt steak. And we’d be amiss if we didn’t include sauces and dips in a Mexican-inspired course—make your own queso fundido, a cheese dish using peppers and sausages.
