Gear up for summer with this unique and interactive class! Sausages on the grill are a summer staple—at picnics, pool parties or lakeside with a cold drink. In this new Barbecue U course, a professional chef will guide you through the production of your own homemade sausages. We’ll cover meat to fat ratios, spice selection, and smoking, cooking and curing methods.

The hands-on nature of this class is enhanced by the fun and informative exchange between the chef and participants. To top it off you’ll leave with 3 pounds of sausage of your own making!
